Alberto Fernández Boira, CFA

He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and is a lawyer and insolvency administrator registered in the Corporate Register of the Barcelona Bar Association.

After completing his studies in Law, he began his professional career in a well-known Barcelona firm of external lawyers for financial institutions, working in the Litigation, Banking and Insolvency departments.

Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Business Law from ESADE Law School with honors in Procedural Strategies and International Disputes.
In addition to being an accredited specialist by his respective Bar Association in Banking Law and Commercial Contracts, he successfully completed postgraduate studies in Prevention, Restructuring and Creditors’ Meeting of Companies in Crisis at the Pompeu Fabra University and in Financial Economics at the University of Barcelona.

He earned the CFA designation in 2022.
