Defense and representation in criminal cases

We provide legal assistance as criminal lawyers. We assume the defense and representation of our clients in criminal cases in investigations or proceedings for any type of crime.

Private prosecution and civil liability

Our services are aimed at watching over the client in all phases of the criminal process, from the first assistance to the arrested person at the police station to the penitentiary environment, where we watch over the correct exercise of the prisoner’s right, the appeals against disciplinary files and the progression of grade.

Alberto Fernández Boira, CFA

He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and an investment analyst.

After completing his law studies, he began his professional career in a well-known Barcelona firm of external lawyers for financial institutions, working in the Litigation, Banking and Insolvency departments. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Business Law from ESADE.

He earned the CFA designation in 2022.
